Its a bulshit.I bought the app and I even upgraded it before checking it. The biggest mistake . I cannot download it on my phone, iPad or Mac. The message is that the resolution I have its not enough. I wanted money back and I am still waiting. Not any answer. I don’t know what you are describing there but it is a scam. I am going to write everywhere about the big scam from SALES COPY MAKER AGENCY, in fact Explaindio LLC the company who does this scam. Instead of buying their products spend your money on yourself. If I knew before I would not do it , I could buy things for my kids . $86 went out of my account for nothing. And they don

Yes they do require a minimum resolution of 1240 px to be able to work on the app. This is true of any creative apps since they have a lot going on within the screen and so they need a minimum screen size for people to be able to see whats going on. But I agree, they should put this on their sales page, since people presume in today’s age everything on the net is optimized for all devices. Andrew is one of the better vendors we have so I’m not sure why you didn’t get an answer to your refund request.
What I would however suggest is that try to use it on your pc/mac – if you see their step 3 – they do say it works on a mac.
